Colloquio
1) Phone screening with recruiter (30min)
2) Interview with hiring manager (45min)
3) Thorough prep call with recruiter in preparation for stage 4 of the interview process (~30min, very in-depth)
4) Rigorous 3hr call, 45min each with 4 different individuals with different discussion topics (i.e. how to coach teams, how to analyze data to draw conclusions, etc...)
5) Presentation round with the same 4 individuals from the previous interviews (90min) which included q&a throughout
Total duration of interview process (from initial phone screen to offer): 4.5 weeks
