Over the next 2-3 weeks, I had a phone call with the hiring manager followed by a role-play presentation relevant to the role and then four in-person 1-1 sessions with various team leads. The entire process from first contact to offer was just about 5-6 weeks. The recruitment team was highly proactive and very clear about timelines, next steps and what to expect.
