I was interviewed online by a Hubspot recruiter, she saw my LinkedIn profile and ask for a quick introduce call. A small talk about the role and my CV to understand my fit for the position.
The hiring manager had no clue what I was talking about and was incredibly cold and seemed entirely disinterested in my answers. I was told I would move forward in the process and suddenly got a form rejection email with no reasoning as to why.
Recruiter call. Zoom interview. Basic experience and behavioral questions talking about work history and projects and scope. Asked about oghanization size and project technical specs for different work history and went through previous roles.
