Standard flow of HR screening, your team manager then another round with other departments and a presentation. Everyone was kind and fit into a formulaic template. Keep things very simple in the presentation format and repeat any points multiple times so they are not missed.
The hiring manager had no clue what I was talking about and was incredibly cold and seemed entirely disinterested in my answers. I was told I would move forward in the process and suddenly got a form rejection email with no reasoning as to why.
Recruiter call. Zoom interview. Basic experience and behavioral questions talking about work history and projects and scope. Asked about oghanization size and project technical specs for different work history and went through previous roles.
