I'm a veteran seller in this specific space, and I'm relieved I didn't get an offer because it saved me the time of turning it down.
The mock discovery call was easy to put together and I received superb feedback for going above and beyond in material and execution.
The 3 interviews with 3 MM Mgrs was perhaps the biggest waste of time I've spent in the interview process. None of the managers allotted more than 10 minutes to answer questions I had about Hubspot, their processes and skillsets. That could have been avoided by setting an agenda, yet the agenda I sent to all 3 were not replied to or acknowledged.
The bulk of every interview emphasized prospecting, both in volume and consistency, but when pressed about what best practices and skills were needed to create new business, I was provided no examples. My logical takeaway is that Hubspot is experiencing a pipeline shortage, fading close rates and higher churn (like many companies) and the only strategy to rectify it is to smile-and-dial.
At no point in the process could anyone ever answer detailed questions about attainment such as 1st year expected OTE and full goal, and overall attainment percentages.
Incredibly disappointing that as the process went on, my dissatisfaction with it only increased and coming out of my final round I knew I would not be happy there. Hubspot talks greatly about their amazing culture and people and like many companies comes up short when finding new talent.

Diese Aussage ist diskriminierend und verstößt gegen den Geist des AGG (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz).
Statt die fachliche Qualifikation und Vertriebserfahrung in den Vordergrund zu stellen, scheint das Alter ein entscheidender Faktor gewesen zu sein.
Klare Fokussierung auf Kompetenzen, Erfahrung und Motivation der Bewerber anstelle des Alters.
Ich habe nach über einem Monat weder eine Zu- noch eine Absage erhalten! Aber als wäre das nicht genug ist die selbe Stellenausschreibungen wieder Online.
