The process was the best interview process I have ever had. The first step was a call with the recruiter, then a demo interview, and lastly is a series of three 30 minute interviews back to back.
The recruiter call was standard call going over the details of the position and asking a few small questions.
The demo interview involves logging into the Hubspot software and roleplaying a support scenario. The recruiter prepped me very well beforehand.
The last round took 1.5 hours and involved talking to three people back to back. I met with the recruiter the week before to prepare me for this interview.
Make sure you are familiar with the STAR method. You will be asked mostly situational questions.

Typical support questions. Tell me about a time you had to make a hard decision. Tell me about a time you had to deal with a challenging customer. Things like that. The recruiter will prepare you very well.
The hiring process consists of an initial HR interview to assess cultural fit, followed by a technical interview to evaluate skills, and concludes with three separate one-on-one interviews with different managers expecting STAR responses.
