I have customized my resume to fit each one of the criterias on the job description. It was a perfect match. I got the usual "We have carefully reviewed your application (...) and decided not to move forward with your candidacy." and "we are unable to provide feedback at this stage". Seriously, I don't know what more they want than candidates who meet all the job description and are ambassadors of their products. As a Hubspot client, when I see the poor level of their customer-facing team, it's really disappointing.
