The process started with a few exploratory phone calls, included some thorough interview discussions, and ended with additional phone calls. Throughout an internal recruiter was my primary point of contact, but most of the conversations were with the hiring manager, peers of the open role, and other supervisory people. Very thorough and detailed, I had to be on my game, but at no point was it overly intense or ridiculous (unlike other tech firms with similar roles). So lengthy and thorough, but fair, in sum.
