I had an interview with one of the sales managers and this was hands down the most unstructured, most BIZZARE interview and role play I have ever been a part of in my 10 years of sales. The sales manager literally sat there and barely said a word to me during the role play, I asked 2nd,3rd and 4th level questions and was still provided barely any information. The interviewed skipped over the STAR method questions that I prepared 2-days for and then at the end I asked numerous questions that the sales manager could not even answer. Then, I got notified from the recruiter that they moved on with zero feedback. The reviews of this company are REAL and AWFUL, the interviewer kept turning her head and talking with her co workers during the interview that completely threw me off as well.
