Recruiter was very unprofessional. Didn't provide all the information. Skipped important briefing details, never answered my phonecalls. On our first phone screen they told me they needed to cut it short by 10-15mins as they had another call so they were going to rush through - then proceeded to give me feedback that I was rushing my answers. During the interview process they left out important info about each stage and how to prepare, ignored questions about salary and overall made me feel like a nuisance. This was after months of being messaged on LI trying to poach me. The overall interview process was awful for such a large well known organisation. The feedback was contradictory .
