I recently went through the interview process with HubSpot and wanted to share how genuinely impressed I was. From start to finish, the experience was incredibly positive and professional.
The recruiter was fantastic: truly attentive and thorough, providing detailed preparation guidance and checking in at every stage. I always felt supported and well-informed about what to expect next.
The process itself was fair, honest, and refreshingly transparent. Every question I was asked was directly tied to the role, making the interviews feel relevant and purposeful rather than generic. It was clear that they valued not just finding the right candidate, but also ensuring candidates could make an informed choice about whether the role was right for them.
Overall, I highly recommend HubSpot’s interview process to anyone considering a job there. It set a very high bar for what a thoughtful and candidate-focused hiring experience should be.

It was an interesting experience, the recruiter was great to deal with, very informative and provided lots of useful information. I found the managers very engaged and encouraging, they definitely want to give you feedback which is great as well, that's always welcome and go about it in the right way as well.

Process désastreux
Je suis passé par linkedin pour obtenir les informations d’une recruteuse sur un poste qui m’intéressait et montrer mon intérêt en essayer de me démarquer.
Avant mon premier entretien, on me décale ce dernier sans me prévenir et me demander mon avis quelques jours avant alors que je travaille.
1er entretien arrive, des questions ultra précises, séquencées sans pauses et me laissant que peu de temps pour détailler.
A la fin de l’entretien, je n’ai même pas le temps de finir ma phrase que la recruteuse quitte la réunion ! Du jamais vu
Évidemment je reçois quelques jours plus tard un message automatique intitulé « No-reply » m’expliquant qu’il y a trop de demandes et que l’on ne peut même pas me faire de feed-back sur mon entretien !
Je me rend compte qu’HubSpot n’est pas une entreprise qui correspond à des valeurs d’échange, de considération et d’accompagnement.
Je déconseille fortement.
(Je reçois des dizaines de sollicitations pour me débaucher par an n’en déplaise à certains qui pourraient penser que mon profil n’est pas intéressant)
