You'll have an initial interview with the recruiter who is very helpful and willing to give you the exact answers they'll ask in the interviews, then a role play with a sales leader, and then two 45 minute calls as the last step. I executed the process very well, but they denied me because "one of my answers was too long" to a question a sales leader asked, and they need sellers who can articulate answers easily to customers. Just a cop out it seems like. They also mentioned my attainment in my current role was too low, but they had my resume from the very start so they could have just denied me then. Even if you get referred to the role and are super well prepped for each step, it's incredibly difficult to get the job. I wouldn't waste your time interviewing with them as it does take a good amount of time/effort to adequately prep for each step.
