I interviewed with a London-based recruiter, finding a time for the call was unreasonably difficult as the recruiter was unwilling to take calls within the normal working hours for Australia -- despite the role being based in Australia. The salary was low for the market and expectations, at 110k AUD base, as the individual would work with between 15-20 projects, and no commission of bonus would be paid. The call mainly focused on "how many projects have you focused at one time", which tells a lot about the role and interview process. The recruiter mentioned how another PM is being groomed for a Senior PM role, and this role wouldn't be senior for that reason. Almost 2 weeks after interview and the recruiter/company has completely ghosted me, with no follow up, even despite me sending an email seeking an update a week ago.
