IBC hiring process took several weeks. But, after I was called for the first interview it went fast. There were several interviews, and some tests. The first of the interviews seem awkward because you are been interviewed in front of the other candidates. Once you pass all that, you will get a final interview by yourself with the supervisors.

Interview was done over Microsoft Teams, main concern seemed to be if I was comfortable with a sales goal and canvasing to get new business. They asked about my experience, how I would maintain client relationships, and what my strengths were. They discussed pay. Pay is low, but with opportunity to earn commission.

Sort of long but was enjoyable. Didn't feel that nervous during the interview. Was sort of fun actually! Don't be nervous it is super easy so do not stress. I wish you the best of luck during your interview
