Logic group exercise (This is hard and you need to be switched on)
Group exercise - Have to work as a group to come up with an idea and market it and then present - no real problems
One on One interview - Very relaxed and friendly, good atmosphere.
Good experience overall - everyone is friendly and helpful, competition is extremely hard.

Colloquio
Multiple stages including an assessment centre beginning at 8:30pm and finishing at 1pm. Involved team work, a presentation and a one to one interview. It took place remotely. The teamwork part was a project based assessment where you worked through various pieces of information and offered the best use of this information for a hypothetical company.
Assessment Centre with 3 parts:
Part 1 - Problem solving and team working skills based exercise with a puzzle to solve
Part 2 - Communication and presentation skills based exercise with a pitch to solve a real world type issue a client is facing
Part 3 - 1-2-1 competency based interview with a graduate manager
