It was a pretty pleasant, simple interview. A good overview of the background of the organisation helps, but no deep technical knowledge. It was conducted with one officer and one head of team.

The interview took place online (Teams) with two senior staff members who would be the supervisors of the successful applicant to the role. The interview lasted approximately 60 minutes. The atmosphere was very friendly.
