The interview process was extremely fast. They emailed me and asked me to come in. I met with 6 people over 2.5 hours. Most questions were very general and were more to see if I would be a personality fit at the firm. Some questions were specific to the role I was applyng for. It always helps if you are technologically oriented when interviewing at Markit. Any VBA/ SQL skills can only help.
Several rounds but none of them last too long. Over a roughly 1.5 hr span I met with about 6 people, some of them in the room at the same time, others solo. Some technical questions but mostly behavioral and get to know you.

The most challenging thing you have overcome recently.
Overall not too difficult.
First round is typical behavioral questions, followed by a take home case study. Second round is to present that to the team. Final round is usually with the group head. Whole process can take up to few months.
