The procedure starts with sending in your CV and answering some questions concerning your motivation for the traineeship. In the second round, there are two assessments, one tests your cognitive skills and the other is a personality test that assesses whether you match the orange code. Thereafter, there is are 2 interviews with HR and finally a meeting with the board.

Ruim optijd met een anwoordt, duidelijke info en een goed ingepland gesprek. Ik ben zeer tevreden geweest over de behandeling en duidelijke communicatie. Ing laat zien dat ze professioneel zijn met het process.
Three stage process . First three was an online test with three stages. The behavioural questions were odd and i did not pass them with the automatic generated answer thet it seems i will not likely adapt positively to change. I feel that if you answer truthfully to these questions you will not pass the test.
