Two interviews, one with the hiring manager and one with two team members. The overall process was nice and the people who conducted the interview seemed very capable and open. Unfortunately, I was rejected on the grounds of "not being pushy enough", which I think is a very difficult aspect to assess over two 1hr interviews. I wish I could have had the possibility to discuss this aspect further, rather than through a couple of questions such as "how do you handle conflict" and "have you ever had issues with your colleagues".
