Interviewed with a HR and previous trainee. They seem like interested in people with good programming skills. Although I didn't make it, but the process was clear and HR are helpful. Very nice experience interviewing there.

The interviewers are well-prepared, ask thoughtful questions, and give candidates ample time to articulate their responses.

Can you describe a time when you had to work on a challenging project with a tight deadline?
First there was online tests and after online tests they call for a HR interview. Classic questions but i find all the questions that ing usually asks. They didnt ask technical questions.
