CV+cover letter, 1 month later I was scheduled for a video interview: I actually got 3 questions and I had to video tape my answers in less than 90 seconds for all 3 of them.
After that I did not receive any positive or negative reply regarding my results, even though I asked for it a couple of times.
I found this automated interview method quite superficial/childish because it tests neither your leadership skills, nor your banking ones. It is more like the Miss Universe 20-second question:"How can you keep peace in the world?", where charisma is the only thing that matters.
This is not to say the bank is not to be trusted, at global level many employees praise the entrepreneurial spirit that the CEO managed to keep.
Nevertheless, it seems that the HR dept. in Luxembourg was a bit too playful when
when asking only 3 questions, not related to the company/banking field and choosing such a short time (30 sec/questions) for candidates to reply.

Ik werd afgewezen na het maken van een online assessment. Uit de resultaten bleek dat mijn persoonlijkheidsprofiel en waarden onvoldoende aansloten bij de bedrijfscultuur, waardoor ik niet als passende match werd beschouwd voor de organisatie of functie.

Different interviews with HR and Managers over a span of 4 months, including a math and logic test. Also had to do a pschicological test which gave me a report to work on. This report has been used during interview process.
