De eerste stap was het invullen van een vragenlijst waar werd gekeken naar ervaring en motivatie. Het eerste gesprek ging vooral over het samenwerken in teamverband en persoonlijkheid. Het tweede gesprek was een inhoudelijke case. Het vierde gesprek een programmeeropdracht en het vijfde gesprek een gesprek met de manager.

The process had several rounds. It comprised an initial online tech assessment (some multiple choice questions and a sql and python exercise), HR chat, personality interview, case study and one final chat.
The case study was a take-home assignment to be discussed in an hour interview.
Overall they were professional and kind.
