Had a 30-minute interview where the job description was broken down. I had some time to discuss my relevant experience and ask questions. It felt like it was a "cut-to-the chase" feel - maybe b/c I was a bit nervous, but the interviewer was kind, patient and overall it went well. I made it to the 2nd round of the process, where I was asked to submit a video of a mock training for teachers. I felt like I did really well, but unfortunately, they did not move forward. It makes me really curious about what exactly they're looking for. I hope for more available opportunities at IXL.

The recruiter calls, you do a quick screening. If you're passed through, you are asked to create a "training." Once you take a lot of time doing this and submit it, they ghost you until you hunt them down.

The steps of the interview process were made clear from the first conversation. The process moved more quickly than one might expect for a company this size. All communications were cordial and professional.
