Total 4 rounds taken and that also in 3 different days. Very poor management. At the time of taking face to face interview at the time of managerial round, the guy was chatting on watsapp. This shows how useless person are sitting there at the top management level who don't even bother to show any respect for the interviewee.

two phone call interview and face to face interview easy one, it was all my behavior, how i responds the interview, mostly they are looking for wel spoken guy for the work, i use handle 5 member in iksula
