Online interview First round: HR 2 more rounds with Manager and Head The process took too long HR was not responsible, not helpful and respectful the candidate After finishing my last interview round, 3 weeks and no response, no rejected email, no thank you email. I got another job offer from another company and wanted to ask if they can shared the feedback about my interview, cause i really liked the job in Inmobi and I would prioritize it. I used a extension to check if email receivers read my emails or not, so I knew exactly that the HR read my email but no response. I sent another follow up after 1 week. She read the email again, twice, and decided not to reply the email. I don't know why it's so difficult to send a thank you email after almost 1 month waiting. Disappointing is not enough to express my feelings.
