Our training program for new Technical Support Specialists is a total of 5 weeks. While it is meant to be comprehensive, we are aware that not all possible scenarios and situations can be predicted in training. Because of this, we do look for a base of technical knowledge in various areas specific to the role so our new team members can expand on that knowledge when they get to the training room. We absolutely understand that some people may not have had experience with everything that we're looking for, so we provide candidates with a study guide and the ability to participate in an online training program to assist them in preparing for the interview.
