I applied to InvisionApp via email with a CV - it took quite a few weeks between sending my CV , and then I had a nice chat with a HR/Hiring person for a culture fit and initial chat. The person was very friendly and I enjoyed our chat.
Some time later (about 5 weeks after the first CV was sent) an interview was arranged with one of the people I'd be working with. Again this was very pleasant and went well, with the interviewer suggesting that I should arrange a call with the product manager, ASAP.
Sadly; I heard within the next 24 hours the position was filled (which was the truth).
Overall everyone was very positive, pleasant and professional. I enjoyed every conversation I had. It was just a shame that it took so long.

They will have you fill up a lot of information via their forms. Have you share your ideas, and as others have mentioned "will drop an email that they've moved on to other candidates" when the position remains open for months and months. They take ideas, nothing else, just ideas. No feedback after spending all this time to do something very custom for them. The moment you share your ideas with them, be ready to receive an email that "they've moved on to other candidates". This interview process is just a scam. Don't waste your time on it, it isn't worth it.
