Applied and was contacted the next day for a phone interview. Scheduling was automated, and the recruiter called me on time. Super underwhelmed by the call. She didn't really explain the role in much detail, and asked stacked questions that were unclear and easy to follow. As a recruiter myself, I'd try and make the interview a bit more conversational rather than Q + A to learn about someone's experience. She asked maybe 3 questions and moved on to mine. She seemed bothered to answer and in a rush to get off the phone. 3 days later I got a canned rejection and asked for feedback- no response there. Overall, I'm disappointed in the process/company. I was excited to interview and learn more; don't feel like I did what so ever. Also, the JD talks about perks, benefits, etc. But at the end of our call, the recruiter let me know this was a contract role. Just an FYI for those out there since its advertised differently

Your standard process; however when you get to the Hw stage they ask for essentially an entire strategy and for sample candidates. This is common for today’s market; however, the detail they go into compared to what you see out there is extensive. I came away with the sense they could potentially be doing this to many applicants and walking away with fresh ideas. Especially since their recruiting team during the interview could hardly discuss their best practices, etc. Recruiters beware. There was something off about it especially when you submit it and minutes later you receive a rejection email? Odd if you ask me.

Pretty fast process. 2 interviews with recruiting and 2 interviews with the hiring partners on the business side. All via video conference. Moved quickly with feedback and offer. People were friendly and asked relevant questions.
