Inizio's hiring process is extremely unprofessional. They shortlist candidates without properly assessing domain experience, only to later reject them for lacking healthcare expertise. If domain knowledge was a strict requirement, why waste candidates’ time with an interview? The HR team is even worse—unresponsive, lazy, and highly unprofessional. The HR representative does not provide any updates post-interview, ignores calls, and completely disappears instead of communicating results. A frustrating and disappointing experience.

Only one 30 min interview, it was too quick and I didn’t have a chance to ask my questions because I thought that would be another interview. So actually the job was not in London it was in Ashby.
