Inizio's hiring process is extremely unprofessional. They shortlist candidates without properly assessing domain experience, only to later reject them for lacking healthcare expertise. If domain knowledge was a strict requirement, why waste candidates’ time with an interview? The HR team is even worse—unresponsive, lazy, and highly unprofessional. The HR representative does not provide any updates post-interview, ignores calls, and completely disappears instead of communicating results. A frustrating and disappointing experience.

Brilliant experience throughout, tough questions but really encouraging overall. People involved very mannerly and polite, you could tell they know what they are doing. 2 stage process, with a presentation at second round.
