When you encounter a problem that you do not know how to solve. how would you approach this situation?
The hiring and interview was straightforward, I was contacted via job boards, no real interview was required. I was offered a short-term contract position via email. The process was done pretty easily as I was contacted by a recruiter. I have heard this company has a pretty easy interview process.

I received a call from Diana from Insight Global initially. She told me she was reaching out to see if I was interested in an IT position at one of her clients. I said I was interested and she ran through my resume to see if I was a good fit. Then she assigned a phone interview(Skype) where I can meet her and Carly face to face to give them a better chance to see what kind of person I am. The interview went great; next step was to go to the client and interview with them directly in a peer interview.

I posted my resume online and within weeks I received a call from them, there was a phone interview then we talked on Skype. We talked to get to know each other and the rest was history.
