Phoned a few times, went for one or two interviews, wasn't really hard. Unfortunately I don't remember much about the hiring process; they didn't seem to choosy and seemed to be satisfied with my previous customer service skills. Back then they didn't have an In-Store position so you had to have a car and good driving record in order to make it through

Th interview process was fairly different but easy, nothing too not understand. As I had applied online and had submitted permission got a free background check to be completed. Additional signing of paperwork with Id and so fourth.

There was no interview process you just apply online or through the shopper app. They run a background check and as soon as that went through they sent me a card and I was able to start shopping the only thing is sometimes they have a wait list I got lucky when I applied and there was no waitlist but some people have to wait months if there’s too many shoppers in their area.
