Smooth, transparent, and efficient process. Quick follow-ups after each round. I applied through a referral and had a phone screen with a recruiter, and a call with the hiring manager. Next step was to take an analytical test followed by a panel interview.

Tough interview process (Screening, Hiring Manager, take home case with presentation, 3 case interviews) but overall great recruiting process. Recruiter was extremely communicative and process took 4 weeks to schedule all of these interviews. I found the case interviews to be challenging since the prompts focused on specific issues tied to the team, so quickly realized I wasn’t a fit
