They knew upfront that I don't have the specific ERP experience yet proceeded to waste my time with 2 interviews only to deny me because I don't have that specific experience! I was also just a 3 month contract position, so I think they are a bit unorganized.

3 rounds of video internview by senior manager, techinical accounting team and department head. Each last about 30 minutes. Asking behavior question and some technical question based on the experience on my resume.
