Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Integris (Newark, NJ) nel mese di dic 2025
Colloquio
Web interview with screener. Then a good web interview with the hiring manager. Then ghosted. Companies love to complain when a candidate ghosts them, but where did the candidates learn how to ghost?
One of the more frustrating interview processes I’ve been a part of.
I spoke with the recruiter and hiring manager, both conversations were great - I was able to learn a ton about the company and role.
My final interview was with the CRO. He was 10 minutes late and repeatedly looked at his watch while I spoke. It was clear he didn’t care about the conversation.
I understand that C-Level Executives are busy but lack of professionalism is very shocking.
I was a top candidate for a role and progressed through multiple interviews, including a reference check—an action that signaled serious consideration. After providing professional references (who are extremely busy individuals), I was completely ghosted. No follow-up, no closure, not even a basic courtesy message.
This lack of communication speaks volumes about how they value people’s time—both the candidate’s and their professional network’s. It also raises questions about how internal operations and culture function if this is how they handle hiring.
Companies need to understand that the hiring process is a reflection of their values. If respect and transparency are not extended to potential employees, it’s hard to believe they exist internally.
