Very thorough and detailed, went through all of work history, but they were not afraid to do coding tests that were fair but difficult. They were looking to make sure that you really could do what you said you could do on the resume.

One of the more unusual questions was: describe a day at a "dream job" for you
Interview lasts for 2 weeks. First with PI and TET test, which not hard at all. Then followed up by meeting with manager and then 2 talks with team member. Finally there is a VP interview. The whole process is smooth and nice.
