I applied through my college's career website. An IB recruiter called me to set up a phone interview and afterwards I was sent me an Excel test and case study to complete. I went to their offices for an in-person interview and they straight up ghosted me.

It was more like an introduction interview/ conversation with the recruiter about the position. Overall a positive experience did not get the chance to fully apply but once I have more experience in my current position I will go through the full application process. Their inside sales representative also seems like a good fit for me as well.

Very fast and company had well interviewers to make the process seamless, they kept me updated throughout. Very flexible with working out my personal life schedule. Interview was done first over the phone and then in person.
2 step process. Very straightforward. Be ready to discuss digital marketing, SEO, customer retention, sales, sales force knowledge. Interviewer is great and friendly and easy to talk to. Great first job or for someone getting back into the workforce.
