It was okay, the initial person you speak to (assuming it's the recruiter) wasn't on the same page as the interviewer, so it threw me a bit of a curveball.

First you have to go through an external source and then you get a couple of interviews with company leadership. Communication is good, they follow up as they should and leadership seems nice!
