Applied through ZipRecruiter, was contacted within 24 hours for a phone interview. Moved on to an in-person interview with the HR Director, Nick, the company's founder, and the Senior Digital Marketing Strategist. I was then asked to return about 5 days later and give a presentation. The project was to provide better SEO, design and landing page optimization to a provided URL, as well as go over a monthly report and give detailed feedback on the change in data and the meaning of key metrics. Afterwards, I was taken out for lunch with some of the senior team members. I feel this was the companies version of a personality test, since there was no formal testing. You are either on the bus, or you are off the bus at that point!
