The interview process was quick and very thorough. This was really refreshing after interviewing with several larger agencies and then being put on the back burner. I received a phone interview 2 days after I applied and an in-person interview a week later. Dan, the Office Director, was very accommodating with my schedule as I flew in from Southern California. The process consisted of a series of cultural fit and in-depth SEO questions, followed by a short project and presentation. While this is an entry-level position, you should come prepared with some baseline knowledge of SEO and digital marketing. But most importantly: be yourself! Intuitive Digital hires for cultural fit, so you'll want your personality to shine through even under pressure. This was my most difficult interview but by far the most rewarding.

Applied through ZipRecruiter, was contacted within 24 hours for a phone interview. Moved on to an in-person interview with the HR Director, Nick, the company's founder, and the Senior Digital Marketing Strategist. I was then asked to return about 5 days later and give a presentation. The project was to provide better SEO, design and landing page optimization to a provided URL, as well as go over a monthly report and give detailed feedback on the change in data and the meaning of key metrics. Afterwards, I was taken out for lunch with some of the senior team members. I feel this was the companies version of a personality test, since there was no formal testing. You are either on the bus, or you are off the bus at that point!
