I was referred by someone works for the company and I applied. I got a call the next day by a general manager of a property in Newport Beach to schedule an interview. The same day I got another call from the recruiter to do a phone interview. After that I went to the Newport Beach interview. It went very well. Very nice people. 2 days later I got a call from my recruiter and she told me they went with someone else but she set me up for another interview for a property in Tustin. I went to that interview and it went very well as well. The recruiter called me the next day and told me they liked me but they went with an internal candidate. They advanced me to continue interview to find the right property. I got another interview with a property in Irvine. I interviewed with 2 managers with this one. The next day I got a call from the general manager to interview with her. I went to that interview and it went very well. She extended an offer to me. The process took just over 2 weeks.

Went to a hiring fair and the interviews were straight forward and quite simple, basic customer services questions. Mainly focused around conflict resolution and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
After a phone interview with HR and being put into contact with the property manager via email, an in person interview was set up a week later with 4 property managers.

I had a 30 minute interview over the phone with 2 people on the line. They asked about 5-7 questions mostly about customer service skills. Wanted to see if you can speak well on the phone/ have good communication skills. I had a very positive experience and everyone was nice.
