I applied via Hirist.com and my interview was scheduled within one week of applying. I was told for multiple rounds of interview Although the profile I applied was of Manual Testing but they required a person having multiple skills like API Testing, Mobile App Testing, Database testing, Debugging in Chrome. They posted a very simple job description on the portal but took interview of all the things, going currently in the market. Their main focus was on API Testing In the interview, I was asked "how to check an error in API by debugging in Chrome browser (which is a developer's job or a white box tester's ). Some other questions were like : Sql query for odd rows Sql query to find same rows Puzzle to find top 3 horses from 25 horses Puzzle to find wieght of bag who have faulty coins After almost 2 weeks from giving the interview, I got a denial response Advice : Provide clear job description as per the requirements , don't expect candidate to be experienced in all the testing skills ( currently going in market). Questions asked should be based on the skills mentioned in job description only
