Completed a short online application and uploaded CV + cover letter. A few weeks later was invited to assessment day the following week. This lasted around 3 hours and consisted of a short group exercise (around 20 minutes), a technical text relating to my chosen field (around 20 short questions), and then a fairly conversational competency interview and questions relating to my CV.
