Career day aimed at near-graduation students in engineering schools. One-day event in the spring. Presentations and interviews during the day, hiring decision on the spot. Left with an offer in hand, had a couple of days to decide.

Standard interviews. Nothing out of the extraordinary.
Rushed and not what you would expect from an interview. Overlooked from the jump and just not the best. Would have liked a genuine interview and actually given a fair shot
Basic questions on innovation, creativity etc one or 2 technical scenarios but very basic. Also questions on inclusion and character and basic interview questionOverall, it was lovely experience and nice people.
