      My interview experience with Jibble for the Sales Account Executive role was, frankly, one of the most unprofessional I’ve encountered. From the beginning, the process felt disorganized. The CEO completely forgot about our scheduled interview, joined late via phone with poor audio quality, and proceeded to ask bizarre and irrelevant questions—like my opinion on the death penalty. That’s not only inappropriate, it’s wildly off-topic for a sales role and raises serious concerns about the company’s hiring standards and internal culture. The rejection I received claimed that my experience “didn’t fulfill their needs,” which came across as a lazy excuse. After reviewing the LinkedIn profiles of current Jibble employees, it’s clear that many of them also lack direct experience in their respective roles—some even more so. Let’s be real: the real issue is likely budget, not qualifications. Speaking of budget, they offer very, very low salaries—especially for roles that require experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive revenue. It feels like they’re trying to hire top talent at bottom-of-the-barrel rates, which is both unrealistic and disrespectful to professionals in the industry. This review isn’t about being rejected—rejection happens. It’s about the lack of transparency, professionalism, and basic respect for candidates’ time. If a company isn’t genuinely interested, it should be honest from the start rather than going through the motions just to appear active. In short: disorganized process, inappropriate questions, misleading communication, and unreasonably low pay. I would seriously caution others to think twice before applying to Jibble.

At Jibble, we follow a structured and professional recruitment process to ensure all candidates are assessed fairly based on their qualifications and fit for the role. While we acknowledge your perspective, our leadership team maintains high standards of professionalism during interviews. Occasionally, open-ended or abstract questions are used to gauge a candidate’s critical thinking and communication style. Never intended to be personal or inappropriate. Although we considered your application despite limited SaaS experience, it was determined after careful review that you did not meet the requirements for the position. To clarify, compensation had no bearing on the decision; our salary packages are competitive and aligned with industry benchmarks.
