I interviewed for the Platform team. Interview process was efficient - half hour phone screen with recruiter, half hour technical phone screen, half day on-site. Everyone was super nice and professional.
It started with the hiring manager explaining JobCase's business, growth, and their heavy use of design-by-contract (look it up on Wikipedia). Then we moved straight to a problem-solving question.
In my case they weren't satisfied with my answer to the problem-solving question. It wasn't that hard, I was just rusty at interviewing and overly cautious, looking for a pitfall that wasn't there. They gave me a verbal rejection before I left the office, polite and to the point.
