Give me an example of a time when you worked with a group/team to determine project responsibilities.
Tell me about a recent time when you found errors in your work. When did you discover the errors? What did you do when they were discovered? What happened?
The entire process took about 2-3 weeks. I've went through 2 rounds in total. First with recruiters, then with the hiring manager. Clear communication in between and I received the offer about 1 week later.

Tell me about a time when you had to complete a project with limited resources. What strategy did you use?
Phone screen, in person interview following start methodology. Situation, Task, Action, Result. Very structured. Went through two rounds of interviews with various managers, including the person to whom I would be reporting to.
