Applied through the company's career page, and got a call from Recruiter, and 5 hours marathon interview was scheduled.
Those who i interviewed with had no idea about Cybersecurity Landscape except for 2 Software engineers who ask series of question and coding exercise which did exceptionally well.
its a bad idea to ask senior Directors who had no knowledge of the question to ask nor the anything about security to be the decision maker, That i found very awkward!!! and not professional at all. One Junior Devops guy who claimed to be a Senior ask a few question he know nothing about , i asked him about MVC developement, he has no idea, So my question is how can a low skill employee be interviewing someone for a senior role, that's an insult.
