The process started with an attitude test which was a bit difficult for me. It consists of 30 questions for 1 hour and there were no options given. Plus you have to give explanation for each of the ans. Each question carries 1,2 or 3 marks based on the complexity total 60 marks. You have to score 32 to go for next round that is HR and Tr. They check your knowledge in java, sql, php etc. It's a pure development job so must have strong technical knowledge.
