Easily one of the least pleasant experiences I've encountered with a company. Received a request for a phone interview for an Account Executive role one day after submitting my application. On the day of the interview the recruiter never called, only after contacting them was I informed that the interview was cancelled without contacting me due to wanting a candidate with more experience and suggested the entry level Sales Development role. I accepted and was contacted by a different recruiter the following day and had to wait another week for an unenthusiastic 12-min phone screening and an online sales assessment. Ultimately, received an auto-generated email stating they would not be pursuing candidacy.

The interview process was pretty straight forward. There was three steps in the process and they let me know the questions that would be asked in advance to help me prepare better for the interview.

First there is an intital phone screening, then the second round is a brief writing assignment that is straightforward and doesn't take too long, the last round is three different interviews with three different people including a sales role play

3 rounds of interviews with 3 different managers, including one role play. If they like you after the 3 initial interviews then there is a 4th interview which is chill and is just a culture fit.
